Thank you for your reservation. The property that you have reserved is located in the Grand Champions Villas. The address is 155 Wailea Ike Place, Unit # 82 Wailea HI on the island of Maui. After we receive your final payment, we will send you the code for the lockbox, maps and general information. Our villa is completely furnished and organized for your comfort. It is professionally cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. An initial supply of soap and paper products is provided. Housekeeping is not provided, however, it can be arranged at your request and expense.

Our Rental Policy

Deposit
There is a 25% deposit that's due upon booking.

Payment: US DOLLARS ONLY
The entire balance is due 60-days prior to your arrival date. Your credit card will be billed for the balance if a cancellation or modification to the reservation is not received. Rental charges will reflect on your credit card statement as: Egbok Enterprises. If paying by check, please make the check payable to and remit to: Kristine Raluy, 705 East Fairmount Road. Cancellation of Reservation:
There is a $100.00 processing fee if you cancel your reservation, regardless of the reason.
Your total reservation deposit and/or full payment, less the $100.00 processing fee are refundable if notified by the 60th calendar day prior to the reservation date. Cancellation of your reservation will be pro-rated if notification is received less than 60-days prior to your arrival. However, no refund is granted if you do not cancel your reservation 30 calendar days prior to your reservation date.

Modification of Reservation Dates:
You can shorten the duration of your stay without forfeiting your deposit and/or the entire balance if notification is received 30 calendar days prior to your reservation date. You will not receive a refund if your request to shorten your reservation is received less than 30 calendar days prior to your reservation date.
